It takes place on April 20, 2027, at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP), located at Rua do Campo Alegre, s/n, 4160-007 Porto.

The activities of the FCUP Job(A)Fair are divided between a permanent exhibition space, and complementary activities. These activities will be programmed with visiting students as their target audience, and will be able to count on the collaboration and promotion of participating companies or others.

Set of contiguous stands, arranged in a single floor, allowing the visit and interaction between the visitors and the representatives of the exhibitors. This space is available throughout the duration of the fair.

6.1 Premium Participation
• Only 1 (one) company will be able to assume this modality
• Space of 12.5m2 (5m x 2.5m)
• Electrical installation with extension with 3 sockets
• Wireless network
• 2 (two) tables (individual size) and 6 (six) chairs
• Access to 2 (two) parking spaces at the FCUP
• Lunch for 6 (six) representatives
• Disclosure of the company’s presence at FCUP Job(A)Fair, with a special focus on the social networks of FCUP and AEFCUP
• Possibility of sharing a short institutional video on the event page and on the FCUP social networks
• Promotion of the company through the highlighted inclusion of its logo:
• On the main page of the event’s official website
• In all the promotional and promotional material of FCUP Job(A)Fair
• Possibility to advertise the entity by giving visibility by placing logos on material identifying the organization’s personnel (example: tapes of the entity or logo on the staff’s clothing)
• Possibility of dynamizing an activity in the FCUP Job(A)Fair, or alternatively, on a different day, a roundtable session on a theme to be defined together with the organization.

6.2 Standard Participation
• Space of 6m2 (3m x 2m)
• Electrical installation with extension with 3 sockets
• Wireless network
• 2 (two) tables and 2 (two) chairs (individual size)
• Lunch for 2 (two) representatives
• Access to 1 (one) parking space in an outdoor park near the FCUP, through a statement of interest in the act of registration

6.3 PARTICIPATION PUBLIC ENTITY
• Only 5 (five) entities will be able to assume this modality
• Space of 6m2 (3m x 2m)
• Electrical installation with extension with 3 sockets
• Wireless network
• 2 (two) tables and 2 (two) chairs (individual size)
• Lunch for 2 (two) representatives

The participating companies have the opportunity to integrate employability activities promoted jointly by the FCUP and AEFCUP with preferential conditions for registration with a cost of €100 (one hundred euros) per activity. These amounts add VAT at the legal rate in force.

These activities will be carried out at a different time from the FCUP Job(A)Fair day, within the 2025/2026 school calendar. Each activity will have its own registration schedule, to be published in due course.

The Premium Company stand is in a prominent position.

The location of the stands of companies with standard participation is defined by the organization commission.

The space for placing the stands of each of the companies is duly identified with the name of the same.

A virtual platform can be used to speed up the contact between the participating companies and the students.

Companies are responsible for selecting information and configuring all the elements of their virtual space.

The organization will have a stand of its own – the Infodesk of Fcup Job(A)Fair, in which support can be requested.

The companies present with a stand have personalized support by the members of the FCUP Job(A)Fair staff who will be properly identified, which are in direct contact with the organizing committee.

The companies present can store material and equipment in a room available for this purpose, with the help of the FCUP JobFair staff, not being responsible for any damages or thefts.

11.1 Registration
Participation in the FCUP Job (a)fair implies the payment of an application fee:
• Premium participation – 1,000 (one thousand euros) €
• Standard participation – 250 (two hundred and fifty euros) €
• Participation Public Entity – Free

These amounts add VAT at the legal rate in force.

11.2 Advantageous conditions of registration

will benefit from a 50% discount on the standard stake:
• Spin-off companies of the University of Porto duly identified
• Partner companies in projects running with FCUP
• Companies for which FCUP performed services in the years 2024, 2025 or 2026

Companies with internship agreements signed in the academic years of 2023/2024, 2024/2025 or later will benefit from a 20% discount on the participation.

The above discounts are not cumulative.

11.3 Payment terms

After validation of the registration by the organization, the FCUP will issue and send the invoice with the amount due.

Payment must be made up to 30 (thirty) days after the invoice date by bank transfer, or immediately after sending the invoice, for invoices issued from March 21 (twenty-three).

In the event of non-payment in the period indicated, the registration may be canceled and the company is prevented from participating in the event.

The cancellation of participation until April 14th by the company implies the loss of 50 (fifty) % of the registration fee.

In case of non-show or cancellation from April 15th, the entire registration fee will be charged.

The event program takes place between 10 am and 6 pm.

The FCUP Job(A)Fair stands will be open to participants between 10 am and 6 pm.

Check-in of the participating companies takes place from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at the FCUP Job(A)Fair Infodesk.

The assembly and disassembly of the stands is carried out at the time indicated below.

The organization reserves the right to adjust the FCUP Job(A)Fair program, committing itself to informing companies in a timely manner these changes.

It is the sole responsibility of the participating companies to set up and dismantle the stands and materials used in the FCUP Job(A)Fair. Assembly and/or disassembly must comply with the calendar:
• Assembly: April 20, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, or April 21, 2026, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am
• Disassembly: April 21, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
